We all know that sometimes an exchange is needed and returning an item couldn't be easier. Try your purchases in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. This includes items purchased on sale or with a promotion code. Because hygiene is our first priority, unfortunately we will not be able to exchange any earrings. 

All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase. Items must be in an unused condition and in their original packaging in order for us to process an exchange/refund. Engraved items are non-refundable.

Upon receipt of items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods, minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply). We will process your refund within 3 days of receipt. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.
